Songo'o, who played for Cameroon in the Beijing Olympics, played last season for Spanish side Albacete. He played in 116 games with the Los Angeles Galaxy, FC Dallas and Chivas USA from 2004-10. Saragosa left MLS following the 2010 season to play in the Azerbaijan first division, first with FC Absheron and then with Ravan Baku.
Earthquakes sign Colombian midfielder Moreno (AP)
