Seahawks put Manuel, Carter on staff (AP)

The Seattle Seahawks have added former NFL defensive back Marquand Manuel and Keith Carter to their coaching staff. Seattle announced the additions on Tuesday. Manuel, who played for the Seahawks during the 2004-05 seasons among six NFL stops, will join the Seahawks as their assistant special teams coach.
