Running back Jerome Messam, a 1,000-yard rusher in the Canadian Football League last year, has signed with the Miami Dolphins. Messam played the past two seasons in the CFL. With Edmonton last year, he had 195 carries for 1,057 yards, and 27 receptions for 248 yards.
